Once you place your initial order, you will be prompted to create an account. Just click on the provided link to set a password and effortlessly manage your subscription online (we also offer our assistance in handling any changes you may need!)
Flexibility
To make changes to your subscription, simply log into your account and navigate to the 'Manage Subscription' section located under your name. From there, you will be able to modify your subscription as needed.
Your juice arrives frozen.
Unpack your box and either save the box and insulation for another use or place in your recycle bin. Simply place the juices in your freezer when you receive your shipment. Or, if you know you want juice within the next few days, place what you need in the refrigerator to start defrosting.
Defrost to detox.
Juices take about 24 hours to defrost in the refrigerator. If they are still a little frozen, or you want to speed up the process, simply place the juice bottles in a cold water bath. Defrosting juices in the cold water bath can take between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on environmental temperature and if they are fully or partially frozen,
Enjoy within 4-5 days.
Take note of the date your juices are fully defrosted. We like to write the defrost date with a sharpie on the lid. Each juice label tells you how many days that flavor is good for once fully defrosted.
