  • Are all of your ingredients 100% organic?

    We are ALL organic. If we are out of it, it's because we couldn't get organic. We don't believe in "organic whenever possible." We believe in concentrated phyto-nutrients without chemicals or pesticides.

  • Where do you make the juices?

    All of our juices are made in our vegan, organic & certified Kosher kitchen in Rockville, MD.

  • Are you Kosher certified?

    Yes! We are certified Kosher by DC Kosher of Ohev Sholom the National Synagogue. We are not certified Kosher for Passover.

  • Why are your juices raw?

    Raw juice is as nature intended; full of phytonutrients, vitamins, and enzymens. Pasteurized juice is denatured and void of nutrition. Freezing is the best way to preserve nutrients without destroying the good stuff!

  • Do the juices arrive frozen?

    Yes, all juices arrive frozen in HDPE bottles. They are put into a deep freeze immediately after bottling to ensure they are frozen at their highest nutrient value.

  • How long will the juices last?

    Frozen juice will last up to 9 months in the freezer. Once the juice is defrosted, it will last 3 days in the refrigerator.

  • How big are the bottles?

    The bottles are 16 oz but hold about 15.5 oz of juice to leave extra room for the juice to expand when frozen.

  • Are the bottles recyclable?

    We believe recycling is imperative to protecting the welfare of the environment. That’s why our juice bottles are made from HDPE plastic, an eco-friendly packaging option. Please rinse your bottle and dispose of them in your recycling bin.

  • Are your bottles BPA free?

    YES! We bottle in HDPE plastic, the safest plastic for freezing, which is also BPA free.

  • What is a Reboot?

    A "Reboot" is our name for a Juice Cleanse. We believe Reboots are for resetting and rejuvenating, not just for cleansing.

    A Reboot is a made up of 6 juices per day and meant to be consumed every 2-3 hours throughout the day without food to help boost metabolism, decrease sugar cravings, bring awareness to habits, make space for natural detoxification, increase nutrients and more.

  • I'm new to juicing, which Reboot should I select?

    Our Easy Reboot would be a great choice for a full day Reboot! The juices in the Easy Reboot are great for first timers since there is a balance of fruits and vegetables.

    If you're looking to get your toes wet, our Juice 'Til Dinner Reboot is another great choice. It comes with 4 juices per day meant to be consumed from breakfast- lunchtime and then pair with a healthy, balanced dinner to end the day.

  • What can I eat or drink during a Reboot?

    Drink lots of water during a Reboot!

    Reboots are meant to be just juice but if you need a little "something" you can try a handful of nuts, half of an avocado or some bone broth. We recommend removing all caffeine and alcohol during a Reboot.

  • Is there a Reboot Guide?

    Yes! First and foremost, we recommend consuming the juices in a order that feels best for YOUR body but if you'd like our suggested drinking plan, you can find that here.

  • How many juices do I drink per day in a Reboot?

    Our Easy, Intermediate, Advanced, and Immunity Reboots contain six 15.5 oz juices per day. Our Juice 'Til Dinner Reboot contains four 15.5 oz juices per day.

  • Can I Reboot when I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?

    While Reboots are a great way to boost your health, we don’t recommend them to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. During this time, it's important your body is getting sufficient calories to meet the developmental needs of the growing baby in your belly as well as milk production while breastfeeding. When in doubt, consult your doctor first!

  • Can I juice while on medications?

    We recommend talking to your doctor before starting a cleanse along with any medication. If you are drinking Black Magic, be sure to take any medications about 1 hour before or after drinking, as the activated charcoal can impact the effects of your medication if taken together.

  • Can I exercise during a Reboot?

    Yes! Working up a healthy sweat will release toxins through your pores. Just be smart about it. Listen to your body and don’t over do it. We recommend brisk walks and yoga!

  • Where do you ship?

    We ship all over the contiguous United States!

  • How much is shipping?

    Free Ground Shipping on orders to the East Coast. Choose faster service with additional fees calculated at checkout. Return shipping for the cooler is always free!

    We ship out orders Monday - Wednesday (unless overnight shipping is selected, because they will not arrive until the following week). All orders are made-to-order and put into a deep freeze. The juices are shipped frozen and packed with ice packs in a sustainable cooler, both of which need to be returned to us. 

    Please note: Due to current shipping delays, all orders received after 9:00 am on Tuesday will be made in our Wednesday production and shipped out on Monday.

    We can not guarantee delivery dates because of carrier delays, weather, or other exceptions.

  • How long does it take for the juices to arrive?

    We currently ship juices Monday- Wednesday only. Once shipped, the cooler take approximately 2-3 days to arrive, depending on where you're located.

  • How are the juices shipped?

    Juices are shipped in a sustainable, insulated cooler that must be returned to us (see next question!). The cooler keeps the juice frozen better than any disposable materials available, and has zero waste! We always provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

  • What is your Cooler Return Agreement?

    I understand my organic, cold-pressed juice will be shipped in a sustainable, reusable cooler without any waste.

    I understand that by making a purchase on this site, I agree to return the cooler (and ice packs and dividers, if applicable) within 5 days of receiving my juice. I can find the postage paid return label inside the cooler in the ziplock label holder. I will remove the instructions card and reveal the shipping label to JRINK by Purée. I will carefully affix the ziplock label holder on the top of the cooler (remove the label addressed to you) and drop off the cooler at any UPS store.

    I understand if I don't return the cooler, I will be charged $150. (Don't worry, we will contact you and attempt to resolve the return prior to processing any charges!)

  • How do I return the cooler?

    The postage paid return label is located inside your cooler, in a ziplock label holder along with an instruction card. Simply remove the instruction card and zip the label holder closed. Remove the backing to the sticky side and apply it to the top of the cooler. Make sure the ice packs (and dividers, if applicable) are inside the cooler and close it with the yellow locking clips. Drop off at any UPS store.

  • What happens if I forget to return the cooler?

    If you don't return the cooler within 5 days of receiving your juice, you will be charged $150. Don't worry, we will contact you and attempt to resolve the return prior to processing any charges!

  • Can I make adjustments to the Reboots?

    Unfortunately, you cannot make any adjustments to our Easy, Intermediate, Advanced, Juice 'Til Dinner, or Seasonal Reboots. You can, however, build your own Reboot using our Customized Cooler option!

  • How do I thaw the juice?

    You can put your juice in the refrigerator to consume the next day. To drink same-day, you can give your juice a cool water bath by submerging it in cool water, changing the water every couple of minutes or keeping it under running water for about 20 minutes!

  • Is the Customized Cooler only available as a subscription?

    Right now, we can only offer the Customized Cooler as a subscription option. You can place your order and email us if you'd like to change or cancel your subscription. There's no commitment!

  • How do I edit or cancel my subscription?

  • My order is delayed. What do I do?

    If your order is delayed and arrives warm:

    In the rare instance that an item arrives warm, we must have notice within 6 hours of receipt. We must receive photos of juices for warranty. Please note, it is normal for a small amount of defrosting to occur. If the inside is still frozen, the juices are safe to consume.

    If your order arrives late but is still frozen:

    As we can't guarantee shipping times, if your juice arrives cold we can not offer discounts, redeliveries, or refunds.

  • What is your return policy?

    All sales are final.
