Are your juices organic?

Our motto is simple: organic all the way! If you notice any gaps in our offerings, it's only because we couldn't secure them in their organic glory. We have zero tolerance for half-hearted organic efforts. Our aim is to deliver concentrated phyto-nutrients that are completely free from chemicals or pesticides.

How do I thaw the juice?

To enjoy your juice the next day, go ahead and pop it in the refrigerator, to begin defrosting. If you need same-day juice, you can speed up the process by submerging it in a cold water bath. Always defrost in a cold water bath or overnight in the fridge, not on the counter-top! Read more here.

In Rockville, MD, our juice-making extravaganza happens in a kitchen that's vegan, organic, and certified Kosher! Get ready for a flavor and nutrition adventure!

Are your juices Kosher?

Sure thing! We've got the stamp of approval from DC Kosher of Ohev Sholom the National Synagogue to keep things kosher. But hey, we're not certified for Passover, so keep that in mind!

Why is your juice raw?

Pasteurized juice is like a sad trombone playing in a quiet room. It's denatured and empty of all the good stuff that makes juice delicious and nutritious. Don't settle for less when you can have real raw juice!

Do the juices arrive frozen?

Yes, all juices arrive frozen in HDPE bottles. They are put into a deep freeze immediately after bottling to ensure they are frozen at their highest nutrient value.

How much juice is in each bottle?

The bottles hold approximately 15.5 oz of juice, which is just enough room for the juice to do its happy dance when it freezes!

Are the bottles recyclable?

In order to safeguard the environment, we strongly believe in the power of recycling. That's why our juice bottles are crafted from HDPE plastic, a packaging option that is both eco-friendly and fabulous. Before parting ways with your delightful bottle, make sure to give it a good rinse and send it off to the recycling bin for its next adventure!

How long do the juices last?

Frozen juice will last up to 9 months in the freezer. Once the juice is defrosted, always keep refrigerated and enjoy within 3-5 days from defrosted date. Each label states how many days the juice is good for once defrosted.

Are the bottles BPA free?

You betcha! We package our products in HDPE plastic, the ultimate champ when it comes to freezing. It's like having a bodyguard for your treats, keeping them cool and secure. Plus, it's BPA-free, so no yucky stuff in sight!

What is a Reboot?

A "Reboot" is how we describe a Juice Cleanse. We're of the opinion that Reboots are for resetting and invigorating, not just for detoxifying.

Get ready for a juice extravaganza with any of our Reboots! This gang of 6 delicious juices is here to shake up your routine in the best way possible. Sip or chug these babies every 2-3 hours without any solid food, and prepare to be amazed. Not only will these juices supercharge your metabolism and crush those sugar cravings, but they'll also bring an extra dose of mindfulness to your daily habits. And let's not forget about the natural detoxification and nutrient boost that comes with this flavorful adventure!

I'm new to juicing, which Reboot is best for me?

Our Easy Reboot would be a great choice for a full day Reboot! The juices in the Easy Reboot are great for first timers since there is a balance of fruits and vegetables.

If you're looking to get your toes wet, our Juice 'Til Dinner Reboot is another great choice. It comes with 4 juices per day meant to be consumed from breakfast- lunchtime and then pair with a healthy, balanced dinner to end the day.

What can I eat or drink during a Reboot?

Drink lots of water during a Reboot! 

Reboots can look different for everyone. There is not a one size fits all. For example, if you are coming from a diet including lots of fast and processed food, having 2 juices a day and healthy meals is still a Reboot for you!

Juice Reboots are meant to be just juice, so if you are ready for an all juice Reboot but still need a little "something" you can enjoy a handful of nuts, half of an avocado, any raw fruit or veggie, blended soup, or even dark chocolate. Have something that always agrees with you and is easy to digest. And most importantly, eating a little something does not ruin the Reboot!

Is there a Reboot guide or something to help me?

Yes! Please see our Reboot Benefits and Guide here. The suggested order for each Reboot is in the product description, but please note the order is not crucial and you can drink in any order that suits you! The important fact is that you are giving your digestion a rest and flooding your body with accessible nutrients, vitamins and enzymes!

How many juices per day is each Reboot?

Our Easy, Intermediate, Advanced, and Immunity Reboots contain six 15.5 oz juices per day. Our Juice 'Til Dinner Reboot contains four 15.5 oz juices per day and meant to end the day with a healthy dinner.

Can I Reboot while pregnant or breasfeeding?

While Reboots are a great way to boost your health, we don’t recommend them to women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. During this time, it's important your body is getting sufficient calories to meet the developmental needs of the growing baby in your belly as well as milk production while breastfeeding. In addition, the toxin detox can end up in your milk, and nobody wants that! When in doubt, consult your doctor first.

Can I Reboot while on medication?

We recommend talking to your doctor before starting a Reboot along with any medication. If you are drinking Black Magic, be sure to take any medications about 1 hour before or after drinking, as the activated charcoal can impact the effects of your medication if taken together. Some medication interacts with grapefruit juice as well, so please check with your health care providor.

Can I exercise while on a Reboot?

Yes! Working up a healthy sweat will release toxins through your pores. Just be smart about it. Listen to your body and don’t over do it. We recommend brisk walks and yoga! If this is your first Reboot, take it easy and see how you feel.

Can I make changes to the reboot juices?

Unfortunately, you cannot make any adjustments to our Easy, Intermediate, Advanced, Juice 'Til Dinner, or Seasonal Reboots. You can, however, build your own Reboot using our Customize Your Box option!

Shipping

Where do you ship and what is the process?

We ship all over the continental US!

All orders are made-to-order and put into a deep freeze. The juices are shipped frozen and packed with ice packs and insulation in a sturdy box.

We send orders with UPS Monday - Wednesday, unless overnight shipping is selected, in order to protect the juice from a carrier delay.

Please note: All orders received after 9:00 am on Tuesday will be made in our Wednesday production and shipped out on Monday.

We can not guarantee delivery dates because of carrier delays, weather, or other exceptions. You have the option to purchase insurance at checkout, in which we can replace the order in the event of a carrier delay or damage.

How much is shipping?

We've got you covered with Free Ground Shipping to the East Coast and most places East of the Mississippi! If you're in a rush, no worries - just select a faster service at checkout and pay a little extra. And for all other areas in the US, don't sweat it - shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your chosen service, exact location, and the weight of your order.

My shipment is delayed. What do I do?

If your order is delayed and arrives warm:

In the rare instance that an item arrives warm, we must have notice within 6 hours of receipt. We must receive photos of juices for warranty. Please note, it is normal for a small amount of defrosting to occur. If the inside is still frozen, or less than 2/3 defrosted, the juices are safe to consume. You can put it back in the freezer for later or in the refrigerator to continue defrosting.

If your order arrives late but is still frozen:

As we can't guarantee shipping times, if your juice arrives cold we can not offer discounts, redeliveries, or refunds.

When will I get my order?

If your order is received by 9am, we'll press it that very day and toss it into the deep freeze. We have to keep it chillin' in the freezer for a whole day, and then it can hit the road. We only ship Monday - Wednesday to protect the juice in the event of a carrier delay. If you choose next day air, we can ship it out on Thursday.

Any orders that come in after 9:00 am on Tuesday will be made to order and ship the following Monday.
