Before you Reboot

Set yourself up for success! For up to 3 days before your Reboot, try to eliminate or cut back on animal protein, dairy products, soy products, fried foods, sugar, alcohol and processed foods. Drink 1-3 liters of water per day. You can also ease into your Reboot by replacing a meal or snacks with a cold-pressed juice instead.

We always say, if you are having all juice, or even a few juices and a healthy meal, AND a cup of coffee or two, you are still ahead of the game! If you want a caffeine free experience, try and get off caffeine before your Reboot. If you can't kick the coffee (no pressure), we prefer cold brew since it is less acidic, and the addition of dairy free milk or honey for sweeteners.

During your Reboot

Nourish yourself with juices every 2 to 3 hours, or as you get hungry. Drink lots of water throughout the day, preferably waiting 30 minutes from your last juice. Get plenty of rest and let your body do the work it knows how to do. Reduce vigorous exercise and stick to walking and gentle yoga. Relish in the light, clear feeling. Reflect on how little your body actually needs to function for you!

After your Reboot

Congratulations, you completed the first step towards a healthier you! Try to stay vegetarian or vegan for 3 days or more after your Reboot, which will continue to let your digestion rest and maximize plant-based nutrients.

For breakFast try a green juice, smoothie (use a cold-pressed juice or nut milk for the base) or a light, healthy breakfast. For lunch, eat a salad, steamed veggies or soup. For dinner, try clean grains like quinoa with veggies. Resume activity + drink lots of water!

Your long-term wellness plan should include daily cold-pressed juice for nutrition as well as curbing snacks and helping you stay on track.
