Juice is always ready for you when you need it with two easy ways to defrost:
1) Defrost overnight by placing the juices in the refrigerator.
2) Run under cool water for about 20 minutes.
All 'Customize Your Box' options are subscription only. This is a tech limitation for the customization feature and we think it's worth it! If you aren't sure if you will want another order, choose the date furthest out so you have time to figure it out. You will receive a reminder email before we make the order. If you don't want to continue, simply let us know via email or log into your account and cancel your subscription.
For the Reboots and Celery Packs, you have the option of one time or saving with a subscription. You can cancel anytime before 2 days before your next order. Just let us know or manage yourself!
You can also log into your account, choose manage subscriptions, and swap product, change delivery dates and addresses, skip, pause or cancel. Of course, we are always willing to do it for you. Simple reach out via email or use our contact form.
Free Ground Shipping on all orders in the orange and yellow areas below!
We ship out orders Monday - Wednesday (unless overnight shipping is selected, because they will not arrive until the following week). All orders are made-to-order and put into a deep freeze. The juices are shipped frozen and packed with with insulation and ice packs in a sturdy box. Re-use or recycle the shipping materials.
Please note: All orders received after 9:00 am will be made in the next day's production and shipped on the next available Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. All orders received after 9am on Wednesday will be sent the following Monday.
We can not guarantee delivery dates because of carrier delays, weather, or other exceptions. The orange and yellow areas below are 1-2 day transit. You will only be able to choose air shipping in the green and blue areas. Checkout will guide you!
